- Eligibility: Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to Web Hosting services.
- Condition: If you are dissatisfied with our Web Hosting services for any reason within the first 30 days of service, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Requirement: To initiate a refund, you must request service termination in writing via email or through our official support ticket system. You must also provide a specific reason for your cancellation to help us understand your decision and improve our services.
- Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover domain registration, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, and any processing fees. These services are non-refundable.
- Discretion: We reserve the right to determine the validity of your reason for cancellation and whether both parties have taken reasonable steps to address any issues leading to the cancellation request.
- Refund Processing: After submitting a valid request for a refund, please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days to process and clear the refund.
Payment and Renewal Notices
All services are prepaid, and reminders for renewals are sent via email from 30 to 1 day before the renewal date. Failure to renew your services on time may result in temporary suspension and additional late fees.
Account Termination and Refunds
- Prorated Refunds: If Web Team Host fails to provide the agreed-upon services or maintain operational standards, a prorated refund will be granted for the unused portion of the service term.
- Violation of Policies: No refunds will be issued if your service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Cancellation Request: Upon request for account cancellation, your account will be immediately suspended from our system and permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Multiple Accounts: If you maintain multiple accounts and one or more accounts are in arrears (unpaid), Web Team Host reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts until full payment is made. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Resource Allocation and Restrictions
- Excessive Use of Resources: If your account is found to use an excessive amount of server resources (CPU, RAM, or I/O) that risks server stability, leading to automatic suspension or termination, no refunds will be provided.
- Overage Charges & Upgrades: You will be notified if your account exceeds its specified resource allocations. Failure to upgrade your package or reduce usage may result in suspension. No refunds are available for suspensions due to overage charges.
Fair Usage and Policy Limits
Second-Time Use: Refunds are only provided once per customer/product. If you purchase and cancel a service for a refund, and later sign up for the same or similar service a second time, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
